<description>I am reading the book Outliers by Malcom Gladwell, chapter seven reflects about the reasons why some aircrafts happend and he show us that tragic events are caused by a bad teamwork. For him what makes airplains crash is an accumulation of human mistakes and bad conditions (as the weather).
Some of this mistakes are due to a lack of communication skills among the crew flying the plane. Lack of assertiveness and deficient listening. This mistakes are very expensive in terms of human lives and in money and of course they damage the company to. If we are working in a team that is not communicating very well we might not have such a big disaster but what consequences do we have from our disfunctions in our teams?
